GACO WESTERN WALLFOAM INSULATION SYSTEM LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

We warrant the Gaco Western WallFoam Insulation System supplied to be free of defectsin material at time of sale and to meet published physical properties when applied, cured and tested in accordance with Gaco Western's standard quality control procedures

Conditions:

1. There are no other expressed or implied warranties.
2. Gaco Western will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
3. All Gaco Western products must be applied in accordance with Gaco Western written instructions.
4. The system as installed must comply with a standard Gaco Western Application Specification.
5. The warranty does not extend to labor costs for inspection, testing or repair of the Gaco WallFoam system or any other labor costs.
6. The warranty becomes effective upon payment in full to Gaco Western for all material supplied to the project.
7. Any notice of claimed defect in materials shall be sent in writing to Gaco Western at the address below including a statement of scope of defect and evidence suggesting liability by Gaco Western.
8. This warranty may only be transferred to a new owner by notifying Gaco Western in writing if use of the building is the same or if written approval of the new use is obtained from Gaco Western.
9. This warranty gives you specific legal rights: you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so limitations or exclusions contained above may not apply.
